We aim to provide detailed measurements and honest opinions on sizing (for example, if shirts tend to run small) so you have all the information you need to make the best choice. Plus, every item is carefully reviewed before it ships, because we want you to love what you receive.
As a small business, our hope is for every transaction to be a pleasant experience, and we truly appreciate your support. We want you to come back and shop with us again and again. However, if an issue does arise, please follow our return policy below, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that was damaged, not described correctly online, or not the item you ordered, you may return most items within 14 of receipt for a refund, conditioned on the following:
- Return Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in new condition. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they were received damaged or defective.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not offer free return shipping, so please choose a trackable shipping method to ensure your item is safely returned.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service at DiscoverMurfreesboro@gmail.com with your order details. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your return.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days so we can promptly resolve the issue.
The Cute Dog
Some of you have asked about the adorable dog featured in, or sometimes he sneaks in, some of our pictures and videos. His name is Milo, and he's half Papillon and half Chihuahua. Milo was born and raised in Rutherford County, TN. He loves going on adventures and enjoys being in front of the camera. If you haven't seen him in our blog pictures or videos on the website, you've probably just missed him, but trust us, he's a big part of the Discover Murfreesboro team!
